  • Blood Draws: This fasting test includes a total lipid profile, glucose, and blood pressure.
  • Health Risk Appraisals: Our comprehensive forms evaluate healthy and high-risk behaviors. Each participant then receives a seven to twenty page detailed personal wellness profile. The client is annually furnished an aggregate (graphic) summary to track yearly progress.

    • Diabetic Education Program: This program provides regular, monitored contact with the self-identified diabetics in your company. Each individual receives a blood glucose monitor and diabetic testing strips at no charge.
