your health status. If you are enrolled in our corporate wellness
program, your company does not have access to your personal wellness
profile. Company wide aggregate reports may be available for evaluation.
We keep all corporate, individual, and SCIFIT wellness information secure, confidential and comply with
all HIPAA regulations.
